An elaborate display of crudités with choice of two dipping sauces, listed below:
- Tomato salsa
- Blue cheese

Selection of International Cheeses
- Minimum 20 people.
$14.50 per person.
Served with fresh fruit garniture, walnut raisin crostini, French baguettes, gourmet crackers, mixed nuts, assorted dried fruits, and preserves.
Carving Station
- Minimum 50 people.
Please note: This station must be ordered with another reception station or buffet option.
Service options:
- $25 per person for first hour.
- $5 per person each additional hour.
- $200 fee for uniformed chef to carve on-site.

Mediterranean Station
- Minimum 20 people.
$18 per person.

Antipasti Station
- Minimum 20 people.
$18 per person.
- Display of grilled vegetables, roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, farfalle primavera, mixed olives, sliced genoa salami, prosciutto, capicola, and imported provolone and mozzarella cheeses
- Bread sticks, assorted focaccia and parmesan toasts
Protein add-ons

Tapas Station

- Tex-Mex layered dip served with fresh fried tortillas with the following toppings:
- Black olives

- Tomatillo, cucumber, and heirloom tomato salad in cilantro cumin vinaigrette
